The strategic planning involved careful market analysis to ensure the collaboration was positioned effectively, targeting key demographics across regions. The management phase included overseeing every aspect of the launch, from coordinating promotional content to activating in-game and real-world events, ensuring a seamless execution that maximized engagement and brand visibility on a global scale.

This phase involved an in-depth approach to the overall creative direction of the project, ensuring that every aspect aligned with the brand's vision and the collaboration's objectives. The promotion strategy conception focused on developing a comprehensive plan to effectively reach and engage the target audience across multiple platforms. This included identifying key promotional channels, designing campaigns tailored to both online and offline audiences, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize the timing and impact of each promotional effort
Gaming consultancy, creative support, and influencer activation strategies: For the 5th anniversary campaign of Mobile Legends Bang Bang in Brazil, this project encompassed a wide range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the success of the celebration. The gaming consultancy provided expert insights into the gaming community, helping to shape the campaign in a way that resonated with local audiences and enhanced player engagement. The creative support involved collaborating closely with the team to develop original ideas, assets, and content that captured the spirit of the game and the excitement of its milestone. Additionally, the influencer activation strategies were carefully crafted to engage key voices within the gaming community, leveraging their reach and credibility to amplify the campaign's message. This approach not only boosted the campaign’s visibility but also fostered a deeper connection between the game and its player base in Brazil, creating a memorable and impactful celebration of Mobile Legends Bang Bang’s five-year journey.

The 2024 Dia do Gamer campaign for Magalu involved overseeing every aspect of the creative process, starting with the development of a compelling concept that captured the essence of gaming culture and resonated with Magalu’s diverse audience. This included crafting a narrative that connected gaming with Magalu’s innovative approach to retail and technology. The launch strategies were meticulously planned to ensure maximum visibility, incorporating a mix of digital and physical touchpoints to generate buzz before, during, and after the event. Influencer activations played a crucial role in amplifying the campaign’s reach, with carefully selected gaming influencers helping to engage and excite the community through tailored content and live streams. Each of these elements worked together to create a unified and impactful campaign, elevating Magalu’s presence in the gaming world.
Born in Rio de Janeiro in 1994, Bernardo lived across Brazil and traveled around the world.
After spending most of his life playing games as a hobby, Bernardo decided to make his dream come true by participating in small industry portals.
In 2016, at the age of 22, together with a longtime friend, he decided to found the project that would launch him into the esports market. Its launch at the beginning of 2017 was his first step in the field, bringing opportunities and the chance to aim higher. Later in 2017, he was invited to join the biggest League of Legends podcast in Brazil, "Around The Rift."
With collaborations in the major leagues of the Brazilian esports media, his participation on the analyst desk for Superliga ABCDE 2018 was a great milestone, but it was surpassed by the achievement of publishing a series of exclusive articles for ESPN eSports Brasil, aimed at promoting the 2019 edition of the League of Legends Worlds within the mainstream media.
Shifting sides within the esports industry, Bernardo pursued a career aligned with his advertising degree by joining CHEIL Worldwide. He became part of the world’s first gaming ad agency team as a Gaming Specialist, merging his two passions: his career and his hobby. At CHEIL, he was responsible for the creation, adaptation, and management of advertising campaigns focused on the gaming universe, specializing in the use of game assets in non-endemic brand campaigns. He worked closely with international brands such as Samsung (NeoQLED global launch), Havaianas (creation, strategy, and management of the Fortnite global collaboration and activation), and local brands such as Banco BS2.
One year later, in 2021, Bernardo joined DRUID Creative to work closely with the planning and creative teams, being responsible for campaign and content planning, creation, and adaptation for gaming audiences at the first Business-to-Gamer agency. During this period, he worked with clients such as Samsung, Mobile Legends Bang Bang, LOUD, Fortnite, Epic Games, Activision Blizzard, Itaú, Cidade Alta, Midnite, Submarino, Mentos, and Google/YouTube Gaming.
In 2023, Bernardo transitioned from planning to his dream team: the creative team. After just one year as a creative copywriter, he contributed to the strengthening of several brands in Brazil, including Fortnite, Epic Games, Activision Blizzard, Samsung, Camino School, Claro, Dorflex, and the Magalu Group. This last move brings Bernardo one step closer to his lifelong dream: becoming a creative director.
